Easter Marketing tip from the Atlanta Home Inspectors Wife

As an Atlanta home inspector we are all the time having to come up with creative ways to keep ourselves on the forefront of our customers minds. We found that 90 % of everyone will send a Christmas Card, a lot of business owners will send a Thanksgiving card thanking their clients for a great year and for their business. But not many will send a card any other times of the year. So what would happen if your client got a Happy Easter Card from you this week, affraid to send a Happy Easter card because of offending someone, not a problem how about a Happy Spring card, just something that says Spring is here or right around the corner and I just wanted to touch base and tell you that along with the things in spring that makes me smile, you also come to mind! Have a terrific Spring.
I hope this gives you another great tip on staying on your customers mind, so that when they hear some one talking about your business and what you do, you’re the first one to come to mind!
Send Out a Card and Make someone smile!

Sending a card has a way of making you and the other person smile. When I send an unexpected card it always makes me laugh when I get around the person and hear how it made them feel. Making a person feel special is what SendOutCards is all about. It allows you to act on a prompting no matter what time it is. There’s no going to the store, then picking the right card, bringing it home, getting a stamp, and then mailing it. You can easily sit down at your computer, log in, pick a card, fill out the inside (in your own handwriting if you want) and hit send. Send out cards does the rest, they print it, stuff it, lick it put a real stamp on it and send it out.
Go Ahead, try it today, you can send a free card on me today at www.followuprobot.com
It’s all about how we make people feel

I was just crusing around on www.activerain.com and found this really great post by Judi Barrett talking about the way that we treat people. I have often found that from the youngest to the oldest, we all still care about how people make us feel. How people make us feel can be so life changing. There is rifs in families, splits in churches, conflicts at work ans fights on school buses (this one I should know all to well) all because of how someone makes us feel. As Judy put it so well we are the ones that have a choice. I choose to laugh today and live today full of joy and let the rest of life roll off my back like water off a ducks back. And while I’m living I will chose to try and make someone elses life a little brighter, a little funnier, or make someone else feel a little more special. I’ve got a great start, my daughter just came in and told me good morning and I just told her “I have got to be the luckiest mom in the world!” You should have seen her smile…. We’re off to a great day.
Another great way to make someone feel special today is to send an unexpected card to someone, want to try it, go ahead, click here to send a real card, with a real stamp and see what can happen.

This will be the second year without a birthday card.

This will be the second year without my grandmother and yes I miss her terribly but…. I know where she is at.
There was one thing that my grandmother did for anyone that she loved and had a address for, she always sent them a birthday card, signed, sealed, hand addressed, stamped and mailed. Now I especially found this funny because we lived right next door to her, and yet she mailed all of our cards. I am the first to have a birthday in the year and last year I realized how much getting that birthday card in the mail truly meant to me. WHY? Because last year for the first time I didn’t get that birthday card in the mail. Yes, my husband and my children gave me a card, but it just wasn’t the same. I got e-cards from some friends but I was affraid to open them….you know the routine and the scare that went on with the e-cards.
I didn’t realize that not getting that card would impact my life in such a dramatic way or that I would find a way to be the one to pick up the routine and be able to send those birthday cards that my grandmother sent to all my extended family with very little effort. Last year I tried and sent out more belated cards than on time cards and it sure wasn’t the same. Talk about guilt. I ran across a system to use at www.followuprobot.com that I can put everything in at the beginning of the year and get everything out just like my grandmother did. Thank you so much for send out cards…..I can send love one card at a time.
